At Yimi (Guangzhou) Automotive Parts Co, Ltd, we are committed to providing reliable, high-quality replacement parts for the trucking industry. Guided by the principles of "customer first, quality first," we have established the following terms to ensure transparency and trust in every transaction.

1. Product Information & Quality Assurance
All product specifications and quality levels are clearly and accurately stated. We are dedicated to providing customers with complete product information and delivering exactly what is ordered.

2. Shipping Errors (Our Responsibility)
If an incorrect item is shipped due to our error, we accept full responsibility. This includes offering an exchange or refund at no additional cost, as well as covering all associated logistics expenses.

3. Shipping Damage
In the event that goods are damaged during transit due to the logistics provider's fault, we will promptly contact the carrier to initiate a claim. We commit to providing timely updates and recommendations until the matter is resolved. (Note: This does not apply to customer-designated logistics providers.)

4. Order Errors (Customer Responsibility)
If an incorrect item is ordered based on information provided by the customer, exchanges or refunds cannot be accepted.

5. Warranty Policy
Unless otherwise specified for certain products, we offer a standard two-month warranty from the date of shipment. This warranty does not cover damage caused by third parties or improper handling by the customer. Our professional after-sales team is always available to provide technical support and assistance as needed.
